Since 1985, Michelle Terrazas’ love for homes and land has led countless homebuyers and sellers everywhere from San Diego to Los Angeles to find their perfect place. No matter her clients’ goals, Michelle manages every transaction with skillful finesse from start to finish.

 

From owning and operating her own successful real estate business, Michelle understands the value of building and maintaining relationships with everyone she works with. Her first provision of care begins by aligning with her client’s goals and offering comprehensive communication throughout the entire journey. Michelle is willing to do whatever it takes to ensure her clients are well-informed and prepared for every decision, including efficient communication through every medium be it in person or via phone calls, emails, or texts.

 

Michelle fine-tuned her elevated service throughout her 37 years in the industry. Her masterful advice and energetic determination have been pivotal in seeing her clients through some of the most challenging real estate markets including two down markets. Now a licensed broker associate, Michelle has spent the last decade helping investors purchase properties and managing trustee sales for fix-and-flip transactions. Regardless of her client’s goals, whether they’re first-time homebuyers, retirees, resellers, or investors, Michelle loves to share in her clients’ excitement while she guides them to fulfill their real estate dreams. In her time, Michelle enjoys gardening, fishing, and spending time with her family.
